Managing Director / Standortleiter:in Pristina (100%) – volle Verantwortung für unseren wichtigsten Standort. kollabo ist eine digitale Plattform, die Fachkräfte und Unternehmen effizient zusammenbringt, heute mit Fokus auf Bau, Handwerk und Industrie, mit weiteren Branchen im Ausbau. Wir denken Recruiting neu: schnell, einfach und datenbasiert. Seit dem 1. Oktober 2025 ist kollabo Teil der enovetic group. Dadurch kombinieren wir die Agilität eines Startups mit der Stabilität und dem Netzwerk einer etablierten Unternehmensgruppe.

Nach einer erfolgreichen Aufbau- und Integrationsphase steht kollabo vor dem nächsten Wachstumsschritt. Das Herzstück unseres Geschäfts liegt in Pristina: Unser 13-köpfiges Team interviewt und betreut unsere Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten telefonisch, auf Deutsch, mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die diesen Standort eigenverantwortlich übernimmt und weiterentwickelt.

Was dich erwartet

  • Volle Ergebnisverantwortung für den Standort Pristina (Operations und Backoffice): Du verfolgst die KPIs, analysierst sie wöchentlich und leitest konkrete Massnahmen ab
  • Du bist Single Point of Contact für das Schweizer Führungsteam: Weekly Reviews, Zahlen, Root-Cause-Analysen, eigenständige Umsetzung
  • Du führst dein Team direkt und entwickelst es durch Coaching und klare Ziele; neue deutschsprachige Mitarbeitende stellst du selbst ein
  • Du erkennst Schwachstellen in unseren Abläufen, beschreibst sie strukturiert und bringst Lösungsvorschläge ein, damit wir gemeinsam vereinfachen und automatisieren können

Was du mitbringst

  • 2+ Jahre Führungserfahrung mit 10+ Mitarbeitenden, idealerweise im BPO-/Callcenter-/Operations-Umfeld
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1+) und Albanisch; Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
  • Datenkompetenz: Du liest und analysierst KPI-Reports sicher und ziehst daraus die richtigen Schlüsse (Excel/Sheets)

Grosses Plus: Du hast Prozesse mit Workflows oder AI-Tools schon einmal messbar vereinfacht. Ebenfalls von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit DACH-Auftraggebern und mit der Rekrutierung deutschsprachiger Profile im kosovarischen Markt.
