In der Rolle als Payroll Spezialist:in trägst du entscheidend zum Erfolg der Sparte bei. Du bist im täglichen und direkten Austausch mit unseren Mandaten in einer wichtigen Drehscheibenfunktion und berätst sie kompetent bei allen möglichen und unmöglichen Fragen rund um das Payrolling. Deine präzise, effiziente und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sorgt dafür, dass unsere Dienstleistung reibungslos funktioniert.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du übernimmst die vollständige Abwicklung der Salärzahlungen unserer Mandanten, inklusive der Erfassung und Verarbeitung aller lohnrelevanten Mutationen sowie des Monatsabschlusses
  • Du bist der kompetente Ansprechpartner für Mandanten bei Fragen zu Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsthemen
  • Die Bearbeitung sozialversicherungstechnischer Aufgaben (AHV, FamZ, EO, etc.) gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du stehst in Kontakt mit Behörden und Versicherungen und erstellst Statistiken und Listen
  • Diverse administrative Aufgaben rund um das Spezialgebiet «Lohn» runden dein Tätigkeitsfeld ab

Was du mitbringst

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll (z.B. Payroll‑Spezialist:in)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Payroll
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systeme
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Deine Begeisterung für Lohnadministration und Sozialversicherungen sowie ein Flair für Zahlen zeichnen dich aus
  • Strukturierte, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die anpackt und auch in hektischen Momenten den Überblick behält
