  • Du schließt die Lücke zwischen Daten, Tools und Teams: Du verknüpfst Lead- und Unternehmensdaten, verbindest APIs und Werkzeuge zu effizienten Workflows und machst als technische Schnittstelle Growth-, Sales- und Management-Teams schneller und schlagkräftiger.
  • Neue Features, Plattformen, KI-Entwicklungen und Trends erkennst du, bevor sie Standard werden: Du identifizierst fortlaufend neue AI- & Automation-Use-Cases und entwickelst KI-gestützte Personalisierungen für Outbound und Marketing, bevor sie andere auf dem Schirm haben.
  • Deine Engineering-Power macht den Unterschied: Durch den Aufbau unserer Go-to-Market- und Outbound-Infrastruktur sowie das kontinuierliche Testen und Optimieren nimmst du direkten Einfluss auf unsere interne Infrastruktur und unser Agenturwachstum.

Was du mitbringst.

  • Technisches Verständnis & Automation-Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung mit APIs, Datenbanken, No-Code/Low-Code-Tools sowie praktische Erfahrung mit AI-Tools und LLMs (idealerweise Erfahrung mit Stacks wie n8n, Make, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Supabase oder OpenAI/Claude APIs).
  • GTM- & Business-Gespür: Du verstehst Sales, Marketing und Lead Generation und besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen in einfache, business-relevante Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Analytische Hands-on-Mentalität: Du arbeitest extrem strukturiert, testest neue Tools und Technologien gerne eigenständig aus und hast Spaß daran, Systeme von Grund auf selbst zu bauen.
  • Starke Umsetzungskraft: Du arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle verschiedener Disziplinen und übernimmst volle Verantwortung für das Design und die Skalierung unserer GTM-Systeme.
