  • Erfahrung im Lead-Gen-Umfeld: Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Konzeption und Optimierung von B2B- & Lead-Gen-Kampagnen sowie ein klares Verständnis für relevante KPIs
  • Plattform- & Kanal-Expertise: Solide Hands-on-Kenntnisse in wichtigen Performance-Kanälen (LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Search), sowie ein Gefühl für wirksame Inbound-Mechanismen.
  • Consulting- & Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe Funnel-Zusammenhänge und das Zusammenspiel zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb auch nicht-technischen Ansprechpartnern verständlich erklären und Kund:innen strategisch auf Augenhöhe führen.
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und high-Impact Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
