The Regional Vice President is responsible for being a subject matter expert in AI, driving strategic growth and revenue expansion within assigned enterprise accounts. This role manages high-value client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and company objectives. The position requires advanced knowledge of enterprise sales, account management, and strategic planning, with a focus on achieving sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve annual growth targets and multi-year revenue objectives.
- Builds and maintains trusted, long-term client relationships across multiple organizational levels.
- Identifies and develops cross-functional product and service expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align sales strategy with company goals, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Analyzes market trends, client performance metrics, and emerging opportunities to guide decision-making and business planning.
- Represents the company at client-hosted events, conferences, and industry functions to strengthen partnerships and identify growth potential.
- Provides senior-level insights to leadership regarding account strategy, client needs, and potential risks.
Essential Functions
- Establishes and maintains executive-level client relationships that drive long-term account growth.
- Develops and executes strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
- Analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends and guide revenue strategy.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration to deliver client solutions and achieve business results.
- Travels domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required to maintain business relationships and achieve objectives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- Advanced understanding of enterprise technology sales and strategic account management practices with AI.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret business data and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and client executives.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment and accountability for results.
- Skilled in building consensus and driving alignment across departments and stakeholder groups.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
AI & Operational Fluency
- AI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.
- Strategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
- Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
- Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.
