Deine Rolle

Als Teil unseres Sales und Business Development Teams nimmst du direkten Einfluss auf das Wachstum von envelio. Deine Aufgabe ist es, neue Projekte für unser Produkt, die Intelligent Grid Plattform (IGP), zu entwickeln und Netzbetreiber als zufriedene und langfristige Nutzer:innen zu gewinnen. Im Team legen wir dabei großen Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit sowie Eigeninitiative und einen hohen Grad an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

Als Junior Sales Consultant Smart Grids (all genders) bist du für die Entwicklung unseres Kundenstamms sowie die Erweiterung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen verantwortlich.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Akquise neuer Kund:innen und übernimmst den gesamten Deal-Life-Cycle von der Lead-Qualifizierung und Validierung bis zum Closing
  • Du erweiterst unsere Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden durch Cross-Selling oder Upselling neuer Funktionen, Projekte oder Anwendungen
  • Du erkennst neue Kundenanforderungen und unterstützt bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkt- und Lösungsportfolios
  • Du vertrittst envelio auf verschiedenen Events (z.B. Messen, Kongresse, Fachgremien) und stärkst unsere Position im Markt
  • Du hältst unsere Prozesse im Blick und gibst Impulse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität unserer Arbeit

Dein Profil

Perfektion ist ein Mythos! Viel mehr interessiert uns der Mensch hinter dem Bildschirm. Diese Kriterien sind also eher als Orientierungshilfe für dich gedacht. Wir sind gespannt, wie deine individuellen Fähigkeiten zu uns passen.

  • Du hast ein Hochschulstudium im Bereich des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Vertiefung Technologiemanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Business Development, im technischen Vertrieb, als Unternehmensberater:in oder Projektentwickler:in im Bereich der Energieversorgung. Kenntnisse im SaaS-Vertrieb sind ein zusätzliches Plus
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten und bringst ein lösungsorientiertes „Hands-on” Denken mit
  • Du siehst dich als Teamplayer:in und unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen jederzeit, um das gemeinsame Ziel zu erreichen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit und hast Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
