Heb je al een certificaat of diploma assistent wonen, welzijn en zorg plus? Dan kun je direct aan de slag.

Nog geen certificaat? Ook dan ben je van harte welkom! Je start direct in dienst en gaat meteen meewerken op de locatie. Ondertussen volg je een verkort leer-werktraject, waarin je werken en leren combineert. Met begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot assistent wonen, welzijn en zorg plus.

Wat ga je doen?

Als assistent wonen, welzijn en zorg plus draag je iedere dag bij aan het welzijn van onze bewoners. Je zorgt voor een warme, huiselijke sfeer en ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse bezigheden. Je bereidt maaltijden, verricht lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden en helpt mee aan een schone en prettige woonomgeving.

Daarnaast begeleid je bewoners bij welzijnsactiviteiten, ondersteun je waar nodig bij de dagelijkse verzorging en bouw je een vertrouwde band met hen op. Je signaleert veranderingen en bespreekt deze met je collega's. Zo lever je iedere dag een waardevolle bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven van onze bewoners.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Jij bent iemand die graag klaarstaat voor anderen en energie krijgt van persoonlijk contact. Daarnaast:

  • heb je een certificaat of diploma assistent wonen, welzijn en zorg plus, óf ben je bereid dit via ons verkorte leer-werktraject te behalen;
  • ben je 18 tot 24 uur per week beschikbaar en bereid om in verschillende diensten (ochtend, middag & avond)alsook in weekenden te werken;
  • ben je gastvrij, betrokken en heb je affiniteit met ouderen.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt voornamelijk bij Lindenhoven, onderdeel van woonzorgcentrum Hagerpoort in Maastricht-Amby. Lindenhoven is een kleinschalig woonconcept waar bewoners in een huiselijke omgeving wonen. Persoonlijke aandacht staat centraal. Bewoners en collega's kennen elkaar goed en samen zorgen jullie voor een warme, vertrouwde leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig en thuis voelen.

Waar nodig kun je ook worden ingezet op de naastgelegen locaties Vlierbloesem en Hagerpoort. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team dat samen iedere dag het verschil maakt.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een salaris in FWG 25 tussen €2.541,13 en € 3.233,35 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslag
  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
  • onregelmatigheidstoeslag tussen 22% en 60%
  • Heb je nog geen certificaat basiszorg/hulpverlening? Dan bieden wij je de mogelijkheid om deze scholing via Envida te volgen.
