Bij Envida krijg je als allround medewerker financiële administratie de kans om hier dagelijks aan bij te dragen. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, enthousiasme en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat onze financiële administratie op rolletjes loopt!

Jouw rol en impact

Als allround medewerker financiële administratie draag je samen met je collega’s zorg voor een juiste en tijdige verwerking van de financiële administratie. Je bent enthousiast, werkt graag samen en weet ook in een dynamische omgeving het overzicht te bewaren. Met jouw positieve instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zorg je ervoor dat de financiële processen soepel en zorgvuldig verlopen.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

  • Het juist en tijdig verzorgen van de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie en overige financiële taken.,
  • Het verzorgen van de financiële maand-, triaal- en jaarafsluitingen, samen met je collega’s.
  • De bijbehorende interne en externe mondelinge en schriftelijke correspondentie.

Samen met een team van zes collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve en financiële processen soepel en zorgvuldig verlopen. Zo leveren jullie een belangrijke bijdrage aan een goed georganiseerde organisatie en ondersteuning van onze bewoners en cliënten.

Omvang dienstverband: 24 uur per week. De uren kunnen flexibel worden verdeeld, bijvoorbeeld over drie dagen van 8 uur of twee dagen van 8 uur en twee dagen van 4 uur.

Jouw kwalificaties

Jij bent een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige professional die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt graag samen en weet ook in een dynamische omgeving het overzicht te bewaren.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 4 in de richting van financiële administratie.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met geautomatiseerde administratieve systemen, bij voorkeur AFAS Profit en Excel.
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve, collegiale en stressbestendige werkhouding, waarbij je nauwkeurig en efficiënt te werk gaat.
