Ben jij een kei in verpleegtechnische zorg aan huis en zoek je verdieping in je vak? Dan voel jij je thuis bij het Verpleegtechnisch Thuiszorgteam (VTT) van Envida. Je levert specialistische zorg bij cliënten thuis, werkt zelfstandig en staat er nooit alleen voor. We zoeken een bevlogen verpleegkundige die 24/7 ook ’s nachts het verschil wil maken voor cliënten.

Dit draag jij bij

Je biedt hoog complexe verpleegtechnische zorg in de thuissituatie en draagt bij aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van zorg. Met jouw expertise ondersteun je cliënten, mantelzorgers en collega’s en help je de zorg verder te professionaliseren.

Je functie en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van complexe (voorbehouden) verpleegtechnische handelingen zoals infusietherapie, palliatieve zorg en intensieve wondzorg
  • Zelfstandig indiceren en coördineren van zorg op basis van klinisch redeneren
  • Begeleiden van cliënten en mantelzorgers
  • Actieve rol in triage en opvolging van meldingen, ook tijdens nachtdiensten
  • Instrueren en ondersteunen van collega’s in wijkteams
  • Meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en deelname aan werkgroepen of vakgroepen

Je werkt graag zelfstandig, voelt je comfortabel bij complexe zorgsituaties en weet wanneer je moet schakelen tussen autonomie en overleg. Je houdt van verdieping in je vak en draagt graag bij aan innovatie en kwaliteit.

Je bent een match als je:

• Een mbo- of hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde hebt (niveau 4, 5 of 6)

• Beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie

• Ruime ervaring hebt met gespecialiseerde verpleegtechnische handelingen (in de thuissituatie)

• Een rijbewijs hebt en nachtdiensten niet schuwt

• Je inzetbaar bent in ochtend-,avond-en nachtdiensten

• Warm, daadkrachtig en professioneel werkt richting cliënten en collega’s

Over ons en je collega’s

Je wordt onderdeel van het Verpleegtechnisch Thuiszorgteam (VTT), een specialistisch team binnen de wijkzorg van Envida.

Het team bestaat volledig uit verpleegkundigen, wat zorgt voor een hoog zorginhoudelijk niveau en gedeeld vakmanschap. De cultuur is open en direct, met ruimte voor initiatief, diversiteit en professionele autonomie.

Je werkt vanuit standplaats Regiokantoor Bunde en biedt samen met collega’s 24/7 complexe verpleegtechnische zorg binnen de regio Maastricht en Heuvelland. Je werkt samen met huisartsen, specialisten, SEH, HAP, wijkteams en externe technische teams.

Er zijn vaste routes én een acute routes, zo blijft je werk afwisselend, dynamisch en betekenisvol.

  • Een contract voor 32 uur per week.
  • Een salaris in FWG 50 tussen €3.324,94 en €4.822,50 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslag
