BOL / SuperTank zoekt een Manager Acquisitie & Development die commerciële kansen in de markt weet te herkennen, beoordelen en realiseren.

In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van het SuperTank-netwerk. Je richt je op bestaande bemande en onbemande tankstations én op nieuwe mobiliteitslocaties op strategische plekken in Nederland. Je brengt kansen in kaart, bouwt relaties op, werkt businesscases uit en begeleidt trajecten richting overeenkomst en realisatie.

Achter SuperTank staat BOL: een ondernemend familiebedrijf dat zich richt op de aankoop, ontwikkeling en exploitatie van tankstations, mobiliteitslocaties en vastgoed. De mobiliteitsmarkt verandert. Naast traditionele brandstoffen worden elektrisch laden, waterstof, retail en aanvullende dienstverlening steeds belangrijker binnen moderne mobiliteitslocaties.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Manager Acquisitie & Development ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, beoordelen en verder brengen van nieuwe locaties en ontwikkelkansen.

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte bestaande tankstations en mobiliteitslocaties.
  • Beoordelen of locaties passen binnen de groeistrategie van SuperTank.
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe mobiliteitslocaties op strategische plekken.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met ondernemers, exploitanten, vastgoedpartijen, beleggers, projectontwikkelaars, gemeenten en andere stakeholders.
  • Uitvoeren van locatieanalyses.
  • Opstellen en beoordelen van businesscases.
  • Begeleiden van onderhandelingen.
  • Begeleiden van contractvorming.
  • Verbinden van interne en externe partijen.
  • Volgen en begeleiden van trajecten richting realisatie.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om kansen te signaleren en te ontwikkelen. Tegelijk werk je nauw samen met directie en collega’s om plannen zakelijk, haalbaar en uitvoerbaar te maken.

Wat zoeken wij?

We zoeken een ondernemende professional die commercieel sterk is, zelfstandig werkt en goed schakelt met verschillende partijen.

  • Kansen ziet en weet om te zetten in concrete acties.
  • Gemakkelijk duurzame relaties opbouwt.
  • Een stevige gesprekspartner bent voor ondernemers, vastgoedpartijen, gemeenten en andere stakeholders.
  • Analytisch genoeg bent om locaties en businesscases goed te beoordelen.
  • Ervaring hebt met commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zaken vooruitbrengt.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring in business development, acquisitie, vastgoed, retail, energie, automotive of een vergelijkbare commerciële omgeving.
  • Strategisch inzicht en analytisch vermogen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ondernemerschap, initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen.

Ervaring binnen de tankstation- of mobiliteitsbranche is een pre, maar geen vereiste.
