Zoek jij een praktische technische functie waarin je zelfstandig werkt, problemen oplost en zekerheid hebt? Wil je liever buiten in het veld werken dan de hele dag op kantoor zitten?

Envipco is op zoek naar een Field Service Engineer om onze statiegeldautomaten (RVM’s) in jouw regio te onderhouden en te ondersteunen. Ben jij handig met mechanische of elektrische storingen, werk je graag op locatie bij verschillende klanten en zoek je een baan met vrijheid en doorgroeimogelijkheden? Dan is dit iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Draag de verantwoordelijkheid voor de serviceverlening van Envipco statiegeldmachines in jouw regio. Beheer prioriteiten en werkbelasting, stel doelen en evalueer.
  • Zorg voor het onderhoud van RVM’s en werk direct samen met onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat de service level agreements (SLA’s) worden gegarandeerd.
  • Beheer de operationele activiteiten volgens de overeengekomen afspraken
  • Evalueer contract- en projectrisico’s, identificeer en voer mitigerende acties uit in overleg met internationale collega’s (tweede lijn)
  • Zorg voor geconsolideerde managementrapportages aan de klant over de geleverde diensten.
  • Plan de uitvoering van kwaliteitsbeoordelingen.
  • Speel een belangrijke rol in aanvullende verkoop samen met het Business Development-team.
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden op technisch en internationaal teamniveau.
  • Verzamel direct feedback van klanten voor toekomstige verbeteringen/aanpassingen van onze apparaten.
  • Blijf op de hoogte van nieuwe productontwikkelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat we altijd het hoogste serviceniveau leveren.
  • Bereid om avond- en weekenddiensten te draaien
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als technicus (mechanisch, elektrisch), idealiter in een internationale werkomgeving
  • Je bent een proactieve probleemoplosser, kalm onder druk en gedreven door klanttevredenheid
  • Praktische kennis van klantenservice en projectmanagement.
  • Vertrouwd met het instellen/bewaken van KPI’s, zowel intern als extern.
  • Duidelijk in communicatie, gefocust en geduldig.
  • In bezit van VCA of bereid te halen
  • In bezit van Rijbewijs B
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
