  • Processing approved purchase requests and raising accurate purchase orders.
  • Obtaining quotations and maintaining supplier and order records.
  • Monitoring deliveries and following up outstanding items.
  • Liaising with suppliers and colleagues about shortages, returns and order queries.
  • Supporting Finance with purchase order, goods receipt and invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintaining clear records of orders, approvals and supporting documents.

Throughout both phases, you will also provide general office support, including shared inboxes, meeting arrangements and approved travel and training bookings.

You will have experience in administration, project support or operational coordination, together with:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
