Role Summary

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract and secure top talent. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing market insight, recruitment expertise and strategic guidance to support informed hiring decisions.

Beyond sourcing candidates, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment process, from understanding business requirements and developing hiring strategies through to offer negotiation, contract issuance and onboarding coordination. You will ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes that support EOS's growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership (75%)

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities and future talent needs.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives and local market conditions.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights, advising stakeholders on candidate availability, compensation trends, hiring challenges and recruitment best practices.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and business support roles across the Nordic region.
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification conversations to assess skills, experience, motivation and role alignment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a structured, efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partner with interview panels and hiring managers to evaluate candidates and support objective, informed hiring decisions.
  • Drive recruitment activity through regular stakeholder communication, pipeline reviews and hiring updates.
  • Manage offer approvals, compensation discussions, candidate negotiations and hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate contract generation and issuance in partnership with HR and People Operations teams.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation, data privacy requirements and company policies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to identify opportunities for process improvement and hiring efficiency.
  • Act as an ambassador for the EOS employer brand across the Nordic talent market.

New Hire Onboarding & Support (25%)

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Partner with HR, IT, hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage pre-employment checks, documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee and recruitment data within HR and ATS platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR colleagues to ensure consistency while meeting local country requirements.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technical, IT or technology-enabled environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and advise hiring managers at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions and recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting direct sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends and hiring methodologies across one or more Nordic countries.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance candidate experience with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS and recruitment technologies to manage recruitment processes effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across countries, functions and time zones.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting technical roles across multiple Nordic countries.
  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages.
  • CIPD accreditation or an equivalent HR qualification.
  • Experience within the technology, IT services, logistics or video collaboration industry.
  • Familiarity with cross-border recruitment and regional onboarding processes.

Where You Will Be Based

This position will support hiring across the Nordic region. The specific working location and hybrid-working arrangements will be confirmed based on EOS’s operational requirements and the successful candidate’s location.
