ePackPro es el líder europeo en soluciones digitales HACCP para la restauración. Somos un grupo tecnológico en fuerte crecimiento, con varias decenas de millones de euros de facturación, presente en un mercado donde solo el 14 % de los establecimientos está hoy digitalizado.

El potencial es enorme: 1 cita cualificada de cada 2 se convierte en contrato firmado. Para acompañar nuestro crecimiento en Barcelona, buscamos un Field Sales Executive.

El rol

1. Serás responsable del desarrollo comercial directo en tu zona, con un fuerte enfoque en venta presencial a restauradores (bares, restaurantes, chiringuitos, grupos locales e independientes) y demostraciones del producto, online y presencial.

2. Tu misión principal: generar oportunidades, cerrar ventas y desarrollar el negocio en Barcelona

3. Trabajarás en colaboración con el Sales Manager y formarás parte de un equipo en crecimiento.

Responsabilidades

- Prospección activa y generación de oportunidades en tu territorio

- Visitas presenciales a restauradores y demostraciones del producto

- Gestión completa del ciclo de venta: discovery, propuesta, negociación y closing

- Construcción y gestión rigurosa de tu pipeline en el CRM (Salesforce)

- Cumplimiento y superación de objetivos comerciales

- Fuerte presencia local y representación de ePackPro en el terreno

Perfil ideal

Requisitos esenciales

- Experiencia en Field Sales / venta de campo

- Perfil hunter, cómodo con la prospección y el cierre

- Orientación clara a resultados y performance

- Autonomía, disciplina y mentalidad emprendedora

- Permiso de conducir válido

Plus

- Experiencia en restauración, food service u hostelería

- Venta de soluciones SaaS o tecnológicas

- Haber trabajado como gerente, propietario o empleado en restauración
