Functieomschrijving

Voor onze toonaangevende klant in de voeding zoeken we een meewerkend voorman voor de mechanische technische dienst. De productie draait volcontinu. Jij werkt in dagdienst, 38 uur per week, en neemt deel aan de wachtdienst.

Je bent de schakel tussen de onderhoudstechnici op de vloer en het hoofd van de technische dienst. Je stuurt een groep monteurs aan, plant en volgt het onderhoud op en grijpt zelf in waar nodig. Naast de productielijnen volgt je groep ook de nutsvoorzieningen op: stoom, perslucht, ammoniakkoeling en watertoevoer.

Je werkt samen met de werkvoorbereider, de productieafdeling en externe partners. Het opleiden en coachen van de monteurs in je groep is een vast onderdeel van de job.

Takenpakket

  • Een groep onderhoudstechnici aansturen en het dagelijkse werk verdelen
  • Stops voorbereiden en werkorders opvolgen
  • Bij grote storingen de interventie coördineren en zelf mee uitvoeren
  • Het preventieve onderhoudsplan bewaken en de planning opmaken
  • De nutsvoorzieningen opvolgen: stoom, perslucht, ammoniakkoeling en watertoevoer
  • Monteurs opleiden en coachen, feedback geven en zelf feedback vragen
  • Afstemmen met de werkvoorbereider, productie en externe partners, zodat informatie tijdig bij de juiste mensen terechtkomt
  • Werken volgens de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures, afwijkingen melden en het voorbeeld geven aan je team en aan externe firma’s
  • Deelnemen aan de wachtdienst

Wat je meebrengt

  • Enkele jaren ervaring als technieker in een productieomgeving
  • Een technisch diploma is een pluspunt; aantoonbare praktijkervaring volstaat
  • Mechanische kennis van machines en installaties: lagers, motoren, transportbanden en koeltechniek
  • Ervaring met preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Vlot met MS Office; kennis van het onderhoudsbeheerpakket API PRO is een pluspunt
  • Attest heftruck en hoogtewerker, of bereid om die te behalen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
