The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Manager, Corporate Services to join our Hong Kong team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of client entities while leading and developing a small team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate administration and governance services, building strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of our Corporate Services business.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive operational excellence, mentor team members and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary client entities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers
  • Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of corporate documentation and client deliverables
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/CFT obligations and internal policies
  • Supporting client onboarding and governance processes
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand service offerings
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Working collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions to deliver exceptional client service

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within corporate services, fiduciary, trust or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, company administration and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • A professional qualification such as STEP, CGIUKI, ACCA or equivalent, or progress towards achieving one

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Experience working with multi-jurisdictional structures
  • Exposure to client accounting or financial statement reviews
  • Experience leading process improvement or operational change initiatives
