MISSIONS

En tant qu'aide-comptable junior, tu participes activement à la gestion comptable et administrative de notre client.

Ton objectif ? Assurer un suivi rigoureux des factures et des paiements tout en facilitant le quotidien des équipes.

Concrètement, tu seras amené(e) à :

  • Encoder et traiter les factures fournisseurs et clients dans le respect des procédures comptables.
  • Vérifier les imputations comptables et détecter les éventuelles erreurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements, rappels et notes de frais.
  • Effectuer le suivi administratif des factures, commandes et défauts de paiement.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients internes et externes avec professionnalisme.
  • Participer aux clôtures comptables mensuelles et à la préparation de rapports.
  • Scanner, classer et archiver les documents comptables.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Tu débutes en comptabilité et souhaites développer ton expérience dans un environnement professionnel structuré ?

Ce poste pourrait bien être fait pour toi !

  • Tu possèdes un diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou gestion, ou une première expérience pertinente.
  • Tu maîtrises les bases de la comptabilité, notamment l'imputation des factures et les codes comptables.
  • Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques. Une connaissance de SAP constitue un atout.
  • Tu apprécies le travail avec les chiffres et accordes une grande importance à la précision.
  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle.
  • Tu communiques clairement à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et fais preuve de discrétion.
