VOS MISSIONS

Au sein du rayon boucherie, vous contribuez à offrir des produits de qualité et un service irréprochable à la clientèle.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Réaliser le désossage, la découpe et le parage des viandes.
  • Préparer les spécialités bouchères (hachés, marinades, brochettes, préparations maison...).
  • Assurer une présentation soignée et attractive du rayon.
  • Contrôler la qualité, la fraîcheur et la traçabilité des produits.
  • Respecter rigoureusement les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
  • Conseiller les clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité.
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement quotidien du rayon avec votre équipe

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes passionné par votre métier et aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

Vous possédez :

  • Une expérience confirmée en tant que boucher.
  • Une excellente maîtrise des techniques de découpe et de préparation des viandes.
  • Une bonne connaissance des normes HACCP.
  • Le sens de l'organisation et de la qualité.
  • Un excellent esprit d'équipe.
  • Une attitude positive et orientée satisfaction client.
  • La motivation de vous investir durablement au sein d'une équipe

NOTRE CLIENT

Notre client est une enseigne de grande distribution reconnue pour la qualité de son rayon boucherie et son engagement envers les produits frais. L'entreprise privilégie les circuits courts, la traçabilité des viandes, majoritairement d'origine belge, ainsi qu'une collaboration étroite avec des producteurs locaux afin de garantir fraîcheur et qualité à ses clients. Vous rejoindrez un magasin à taille humaine où le travail d'équipe, la proximité avec la clientèle et le savoir-faire artisanal sont pleinement valorisés.

CONDITIONS DE LA MISSION

  • Contrat intérim avec réelle perspective d'engagement.
  • Temps plein 38 heures/semaine.
  • Horaire variable selon le planning du magasin.
  • Salaire selon les barèmes de la CP 202.01 et votre expérience.
  • Formation à votre arrivée.
  • Intégration dans une équipe expérimentée et conviviale.
