Dans le cadre de notre développement dans le Hainaut, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant RH Senior prêt(e) à relever un véritable défi entrepreneurial : développer notre présence sur votre région, gérer l'activité de A à Z et devenir progressivement le moteur d'une équipe que vous constituerez et accompagnerez dans sa croissance.

VOTRE MISSION

En véritable intrapreneur, vous prenez en charge le développement commercial et opérationnel de votre secteur.

Vous êtes responsable de :

  • Développer un portefeuille clients sur votre région.
  • Prospecter activement et créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Recruter et sélectionner les meilleurs talents pour vos clients.
  • Assurer le suivi des travailleurs intérimaires et des collaborateurs placés.
  • Gérer l'ensemble des aspects administratifs liés à votre activité.
  • Développer des relations durables avec vos clients et candidats.
  • Analyser votre marché et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
  • Mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre vos objectifs.
  • Recruter, former et accompagner les futurs membres de votre équipe lorsque l'activité le permettra.

Vous gérez votre activité comme si c'était votre propre entreprise, avec l'autonomie et les responsabilités qui l'accompagnent.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans le recrutement, les ressources humaines, le travail intérimaire ou les services B2B.
  • Vous possédez une excellente connaissance du tissu économique du Hainaut.
  • Vous disposez d'un solide réseau professionnel ou êtes capable de le développer rapidement.
  • Vous avez une forte orientation résultats et développement commercial.
  • Vous aimez prendre des initiatives et faire bouger les lignes.
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et orienté(e) solutions.
  • Vous avez l'âme d'un entrepreneur et l'envie de construire quelque chose qui vous ressemble.
  • Vous souhaitez avoir un impact direct sur le développement d'une entreprise.
