VOS MISSIONS

  • Contrôler la qualité des pièces produites afin de garantir leur conformité aux exigences des clients.
  • Réaliser les contrôles dimensionnels et géométriques des composants selon le principe du double contrôle.
  • Vérifier la conformité des pièces et composants réceptionnés de nos fournisseurs.
  • Valider le démarrage des productions en série après contrôle et approbation des premières pièces.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production afin d'assurer un niveau de qualité optimal.
  • Identifier les écarts de conformité et participer à la mise en place d'actions correctives.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication et des méthodes de contrôle.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures qualité ainsi que des standards de l'entreprise.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous maîtrisez la lecture et l'interprétation de plans techniques, notamment les tolérances dimensionnelles, géométriques et de forme.
  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des instruments de mesure conventionnels (pied à coulisse, micromètre, colonne de mesure, etc.).
  • Vous disposez de solides connaissances des normes qualité appliquées aux secteurs industriels exigeants tels que l'aéronautique, le spatial ou la défense.
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans l'utilisation de machines de mesure tridimensionnelle (3D) ainsi que dans la rédaction de rapports de contrôle.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un fort sens du service client et veillez à garantir la parfaite adéquation entre le cahier des charges et les produits livrés.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et contribuez activement à l'amélioration des pratiques et des processus qualité.
  • Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre méthode, votre sens de l'organisation et votre souci du détail.
  • La connaissance de l'allemand constitue un avantage.
