VOS MISSIONS

En tant que monteur-régleur, vous intervenez directement sur les équipements de production et participez à leur préparation en fonction des pièces à fabriquer.

Votre quotidien :

  • Monter, démonter et régler les outillages des machines de production
  • Adapter les équipements en fonction des pièces métalliques à produire
  • Effectuer les réglages nécessaires avant et pendant la production
  • Réaliser des travaux de rectification
  • Analyser les problèmes mécaniques et rechercher des solutions adaptées
  • Contrôler votre travail et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires
  • Collaborer avec des collègues disposant d'une forte expertise métier

Une expérience dans le montage et le réglage de presses industrielles constitue un véritable atout.

VOTRE PROFIL

Nous recherchons avant tout un mécanicien expérimenté qui ne panique pas face à une problématique technique.

  • Vous disposez idéalement de 10 à 15 ans d'expérience dans une fonction mécanique similaire
  • Vous possédez une excellente logique mécanique
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques de montage et de réglage
  • Vous possédez des compétences en rectification
  • Une expérience sur presses industrielles est un réel plus
  • Vous êtes motivé à apprendre les méthodes et le savoir-faire propres à l'entreprise
  • Vous acceptez les remarques constructives et savez vous remettre en question
  • Vous êtes fiable et recherchez une collaboration sur le long terme

Votre motivation sera déterminante : l'apprentissage du métier au sein de l'entreprise est progressif et nécessite un réel investissement.

Notre client est une entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans la transformation et la fabrication de pièces métalliques destinées à l'armement et à l'aéronautique.

Son fonctionnement repose sur un savoir-faire technique développé au fil des années et transmis directement sur le terrain.

Vous rejoignez un environnement de production propre et calme, au sein d'une équipe expérimentée et soudée, où la stabilité, le respect et la transmission des compétences occupent une place importante.

CONDITIONS DE LA MISSION

Vous profitez d'un horaire particulièrement intéressant pour le secteur industriel :

  • 36 heures/semaine
  • Horaire fixe de jour
  • Lundi : 7h30 – 16h00
  • Du mardi au vendredi : 7h30 – 15h00
  • Pas de pauses
  • Pas de travail le week-end

La rémunération est déterminée sur base d'une grille salariale interne transparente, en fonction de votre expérience utile.
