VOS MISSIONS

En tant qu’opérateur de production, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le bon déroulement de la fabrication.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

  • veiller à la qualité du produit fini ;
  • suivre les différentes étapes de fabrication ;
  • respecter les protocoles, consignes et instructions de travail ;
  • assurer le bon fonctionnement de votre ligne de production ;
  • surveiller le rendement et la sécurité sur ligne ;
  • signaler toute anomalie ou défaut de qualité ;
  • contrôler les produits et les matières premières ;
  • manipuler le chariot élévateur frontal ;
  • utiliser le pont roulant commandé au sol.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes une personne fiable, dynamique et attentive à la qualité du travail réalisé.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un profil qui correspond aux critères suivants :

  • vous disposez d’une expérience probante en production ;
  • vous avez déjà travaillé comme opérateur ou responsable de ligne ;
  • vous possédez le brevet pontier sol ;
  • vous avez idéalement des notions en mécanique générale ;
  • le brevet cariste frontal est un sérieux atout ;
  • vous êtes attentif à la sécurité et au respect des procédures ;
  • vous acceptez de travailler en horaire de pauses.

Notre client est une entreprise industrielle située en région liégeoise.

Elle est active dans la fabrication de profilés destinés au secteur de la construction.

Vous intégrez un environnement de production structuré, technique et orienté qualité.

L’entreprise recherche une personne motivée, prête à s’investir sur le long terme, dans une fonction stable avec de réelles perspectives d’évolution.

CONDITIONS DE LA MISSION

Nous vous proposons :

  • un contrat intérimaire en vue d’engagement ;
  • une évolution prévue vers deux CDD, puis un CDI ;
  • un horaire en pauses : 6h-14h / 14h-22h / 22h-6h ;
  • un salaire de départ de 16,3930 € brut/heure ;
  • une augmentation de 0,40 €/heure après 6 mois ;
  • une augmentation supplémentaire de 0,40 €/heure après 1 an ;
  • une nouvelle augmentation de 0,40 €/heure après 1 an et demi ;
  • des chèques-repas de 8 € ;
  • une prime de nuit de 25 % ;
