Notre client est une entreprise industrielle internationale reconnue pour son savoir-faire technique et la qualité de ses produits.

En tant que Technicien Qualité, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le contrôle qualité des produits, le suivi des processus de production et l'amélioration continue du système qualité.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et les différents services internes afin de garantir la conformité des produits livrés aux clients.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité, qualité et environnement.
  • Préparer et programmer les opérations de mesure sur les équipements de contrôle.
  • Gérer le blocage et la libération des lots de production.
  • Établir les certificats qualité accompagnant les expéditions.
  • Garantir la conformité des produits avant leur livraison aux clients.
  • Assurer le suivi, le contrôle et la gestion des équipements de mesure et des instruments de contrôle.
  • Participer à l'étalonnage et à la bonne utilisation des appareils de mesure.
  • Réaliser des essais mécaniques sur les produits.
  • Accompagner les équipes lors des essais et démarrages de nouvelles productions.
  • Participer aux analyses de non-conformités et au suivi des actions correctives.
  • Vérifier l'efficacité des actions mises en place.
  • Contribuer activement aux démarches d'amélioration continue.
  • Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles et participer à différents projets qualité.
  • Sensibiliser et former les collaborateurs aux exigences qualité.
  • Collaborer avec les différents services internes ainsi qu'avec les partenaires externes.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • une première expérience dans une fonction qualité en environnement industriel ;
  • une bonne compréhension des outils et méthodes de contrôle qualité ;
  • une aisance avec les outils informatiques ;
  • un excellent sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur ;
  • une orientation solution et amélioration continue ;
  • un bon esprit d'équipe et de bonnes capacités de communication.
  • Français et allemand indispensables.
