Jouw baan als Operatieassistent bij onze kliniek:

Bij Xpert Clinics & Velthuis kliniek in Rozendaal werk je in een elegant historisch pand vlak bij Arnhem. Het statige gebouw straalt klassieke charme uit en is omgeven door een rustige, groene omgeving die bijdraagt aan een ontspannen sfeer voor zowel patiënten als medewerkers.

Je bent werkzaam voor alle merken van Equipe Zorgbedrijven: Xpert Clinics voor hand- en polschirurgie, orthopedie en proctologie, en Velthuis kliniek voor cosmetische ingrepen. Deze variëteit aan specialismen zorgen voor een dynamische werkomgeving, waar je als operatieassistent de kans krijgt om in verschillende vakgebieden ervaring op te doen. Dit brengt je, naast de rust en structuur van de kliniek, toch variatie en uitdaging.

Je maakt deel uit van een vast, hecht team dat goed op elkaar is ingespeeld. Het team start de werkdag altijd samen, houdt samen pauze, en sluit het programma ook samen af. Aan teamspirit en gezelligheid dus geen gebrek! Bij ons staat kwaliteit en persoonlijke zorg centraal, in een omgeving die voelt als een tweede thuis!

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Een goed salaris tussen €4.043,- en €6.058,- per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur, CAO ZKN - Schaal 55).
  • 10% schaarstetoeslag bovenop je bruto maandsalaris. Dit ontvang je bovenop hierboven benoemd salaris!
  • Vakantiegeld van 8,3% en daarnaast nog een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (als je wilt kan je dit ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen).
  • Bij elkaar betekent dit een totaal jaarinkomen tussen €61.000,- en €93.200,- op basis van 40 uur.
  • Naast deze aantrekkelijke voorwaarden, willen wij een overstap naar onze organisatie nóg aantrekkelijker maken. Daarom ontvang je na het succesvol doorlopen van je proeftijd een eenmalige tekenbonus van €500,- bruto per contractdag dat je bij ons per week komt werken. (rekenvoorbeeld: kom je 3 dagen per week werken dan is de tekenbonus 3 X €500 = €1.500)
  • 160 vakantie-uren en 72 uur PLB (persoonlijke levensfase-uren) per jaar, obv. een fulltime dienstverband.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (€ 0,23 per km, max. 50 km enkele reis) & gratis parkeren
  • Pensioen via PFZW
  • Personeelskorting bij Velthuis kliniek
  • Onbeperkt toegang tot onze eigen digitale leeromgeving (Equipe Academy)
  • Belastingvoordeel op o.a. elektronica, fietsen, je sportschool abonnement of aankopen in winkels via ons Fiscfree” programma
  • De mogelijkheid om op een laagdrempelige manier met een externe coach in gesprek te gaan over jouw welzijn, gewoon omdat wij dit belangrijk vinden.
  • Geen avond-, weekend- of feestdagdiensten en de mogelijkheid tot parttime werken zodat je deze baan goed kunt combineren met andere werkzaamheden.
