Hoe ziet jouw functie als Planner eruit?

Als Planner voor Xpert Clinics & Velthuis kliniek draag je zorg voor het maken van een zo efficiënt mogelijke planning van de poli`s en OK's, zodat personeel en faciliteiten zo doelmatig mogelijk worden benut en optimale zorg wordt geleverd.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het management en medisch specialisten waarbij je de productieplanningen en stuurinformatie onderhoudt, om zo de planning voor Xpert Clinics & Velthuis kliniek te realiseren.

Je verzamelt informatie over onder andere toegangstijden, wachttijden, doorlooptijden en bedbezetting. Daarnaast signaleer je knelpunten en doe je voorstellen voor de optimalisatie van processen. Je schakelt met de diverse ondersteunende afdelingen om de wenselijke planning te realiseren en zorgt dat de OK-agenda’s zo efficiënt mogelijk worden gevuld. Je verzorgt de inrichting van de agenda’s in het Elektronisch Patiënt Dossier en maakt en distribueert de achterwacht- en dienstlijsten van de artsen. Kortom; Een verantwoordelijke en veelzijdige functie, waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.

Goed om te weten:

Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week en bij voorkeur (enigszins) flexibel in te plannen. Je werkdagen stemmen we in goed overleg af.

Jouw team: Je wordt onderdeel van een team bestaande uit zo’n 70 collega`s, in uiteenlopende functies. Artsen, medisch specialisten en secretaresses werken allemaal nauw samen en de sfeer is open en laagdrempelig. Kenmerkend voor onze kliniek is dat iedereen elkaar kent, elkaar weet te vinden waar nodig en de lijnen dus kort zijn. De sfeer is gezellig, persoonlijk en professioneel. Elke dag zet iedereen zich weer in voor het leveren van de best mogelijke zorg voor onze patiënten en cliënten. En dat doen we écht samen. Het gevoel van saamhorigheid is dan ook groot.

Ben jij iemand die ….

  • Beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante werkervaring heeft op het gebied van planning (bij voorkeur in de zorg of in een andere complexere organisatie);
  • Een talent is in het realiseren van een optimale planning en benutting van faciliteiten;
  • Resultaat gedreven en analytisch is en graag efficiënt te werk gaat;
  • Initiatief neemt en goed zelfstandig werkt.
  • Beschikt over goede schriftelijke en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Als je daarnaast ook nog medische kennis hebt is dat een grote pre!

Dan kunnen wij je dit bieden

  • Salaris volgens de cao ZKN schaal 45 - €3.252 – €4.770 obv 40 uur en afhankelijk van jouw ervaring (bij dusdanig passende werkervaring kan afgeweken worden van deze schaal)
  • Een contract voor 12 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband
  • Vakantiegeld én eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (max. 50 km enkele reis)
  • 29 vakantiedagen obv. 40 uur (160 vakantie en 72 PLB uren obv. een fulltime dienstverband)
