Hoe ziet jouw functie als Verpleegkundige eruit?

Als Verpleegkundige ben jij dé persoon die elke dag samen met het team onze patiëntenzorg op de verpleegafdeling een stukje beter maakt. Dit doe je op een positieve manier waarbij je denkt in oplossingen. Je begeleidt cliënten binnen de kliniek voor, tijdens en na de ingreep. Verder voer je zelfstandig voorkomende verpleegkundige handelingen en controles uit.

Werktijden die bij jou passen

  • Jouw rooster maken we in overleg. Het rooster is 3 maanden van tevoren bekend.
  • In de weekenden en op Feestdagen zijn we gesloten en heb jij dus lekker vrij.
  • Verschillende diensten zijn mogelijk; dag-, tussen-, avond- en nachtdiensten.

Ben jij:

  • In het bezit van een diploma A-verpleegkundige (niveau 4);
  • Hebt een BIG-registratie en in het bezit van een Hepatitis B titerbepaling met voldoende bescherming;
  • Hebt idealiter ervaring en kennis van protocollen en werkwijzen met betrekking tot postoperatieve patiënten;
  • Bent bereid om ma t/m don avond & nachtdiensten te draaien. Ondanks dat wij niet opereren in de avonden/nachten, moeten sommige patiënten wel een nachtje blijven.

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Salaris conform CAO ZKN FWG45 - €3.252 – €4.770 o.b.v. 40 uur per week, afgestemd op je werkervaring;
  • Een contract van 12 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • ORT in het geval van avond en nachtdiensten;
  • Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
  • 160 vakantie uren en 72 PLB uren obv. 40 uur;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (€ 0,23 per km, max. 50 km enkele reis) & gratis parkeren;
  • Pensioen via PFZW ;

  • Onbeperkt toegang tot onze eigen digitale leeromgeving (Equipe Academy);
