We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We’re hiring a Production Team Lead at our Corporate Headquarters in Moberly, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

The Team Lead serves as the frontline leader on the production floor, guiding a small group of operators through daily tasks, ensuring adherence to standard work, and acting as the first responder to line issues. This is typically a working lead role, combining hands-on production work with informal supervisory duties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact and lead daily production tasks and job assignments
  • Ensure operators follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality checks
  • Act as first responder for minor line stoppages, quality issues, or process deviations; escalate to Supervisor as needed
  • Train new or cross-training operators on job tasks and standard work
  • Monitor and report basic line metrics (output, scrap, downtime) to the Production Supervisor
  • Support 5S, visual management, and workplace organization standards on the line
  • Fill in on the line as needed to cover absences or balance workload
  • Participate in daily tier/huddle meetings, communicating team status and issues
  • Support continuous improvement suggestions and participate in kaizen events
  • Help enforce attendance, break schedules, and basic team conduct standards
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new hires on the team

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
