You will work closely with Asset Managers and partner with cross-functional teams including Investments, Development, Construction, Operations, Risk Management, Legal, Design, Data Analytics, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Responsibility, and Affordable Housing. This role offers a growth trajectory into corporate or regional asset management or other functional areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform property-level market valuations and coordinate external broker opinions of value (BOVs) and appraisals.
  • Support portfolio-level analytics for reviews, assessments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with the administration and implementation of processes such as annual CapEx budgeting and investment planning.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and promote best practices across functions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on competitive properties, market trends, and key economic drivers.
  • Collaborate on asset valuations and contribute to the annual budgeting process to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Perform periodic site visits and support the execution of asset management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in asset management, financial analysis, or real estate investment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and functions.
  • Experience with large-scale real estate portfolios is a plus.

Working Conditions

Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others accurately and easily. Able to see well enough to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the work environment. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
