  • Assess participant work history, education, skills, abilities, and barriers to employment while helping participants identify solutions and career pathways.
  • Develop individualized employment and service plans focused on short and long term employment, education, training, retention, and self-sufficiency goals.
  • Provide career advising, employment readiness coaching, resume assistance, interview preparation, job search support, workshops, and referrals to community resources and supportive services.

  • One to three years of experience in workforce development, reentry services, case management, counseling, or related programs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience working with justice-involved individuals and understanding the challenges associated with incarceration and community reentry.
  • Some local travel may be required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
