ERAI Asia is a Vietnam-based & French-owned business consulting company with 10+ years in international business development. We support western companies in their business development in Asia through tailor-made services: market study, business development, commercial representation, distribution, company establishment, and 2 fully- serviced business centers in HCMC.

In the development of the business, we are looking for a self-motivated and multitasking Recruitment Executive to join our team in HCMC.

MISSIONS

External recruitment

  • Manage the recruitment process for our clients from the job description until the contract signature, manage direct contact with customers and candidates
  • Source new profiles and download them in the ATS system
  • Qualify and filter the candidates via CV screening, phone and face to face interview
  • Select the best candidates (including profile analysis)
  • Develop and animate the partners network (freelancers, universities, associations, etc.)
  • Manage the social network tools: career page, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Internal recruitment
  • Implement and follow up the internal recruitment process from the job description until the contract signature
  • Follow the internal recruitment plan to adapt the resources to the company strategy
  • Manage the employer brand
  • Other duties assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelors degree in related field

Experience: From 2 years of experience in the same position

Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese, French is a plus

Skills:

  • Analysis skills to be able to match customers requirements
  • Good organization and time management skills is a MUST
  • Good communication, analyzing and team working skills
  • Customer and result oriented
  • Be proactive and propose improvements within the organization
  • Curious, open minded, multitask and autonomous
