ABOUT THE ROLE

Als Werkstudent:in People & Culture ist es deine Mission, unser People & Culture Team bei ERC System dabei zu unterstützen, die richtigen Menschen zu finden, gut an Bord zu holen und langfristig zu begleiten. Du arbeitest direkt mit unserer People & Culture Lead zusammen und teilst deine Zeit etwa zur Hälfte zwischen HR-Operations und Employer Branding auf.

Im operativen Bereich unterstützt du bei Recruiting, Onboarding und HR-Administration. Im Branding-Bereich zeigst du, wie es wirklich ist, bei ERC zu arbeiten: mit LinkedIn-Content, auf Hochschulmessen und bei unserem Company Merch.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Du unterstützt im Recruiting, vom Veröffentlichen von Stellenanzeigen über die Pflege von

Bewerbungen in Personio bis zur Terminierung von Interviews

•Du bereitest Onboardings und Offboardings mit vor, damit neue Teammitglieder gut starten

•Du pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten und Personalakten in Personio mit

•Du entwirfst LinkedIn-Posts, Team-Stories und Inhalte für die Karriereseite, die zeigen, wie es ist, bei ERC zu arbeiten

•Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Hochschulmessen, Recruiting-Events und Team-Events

•Du hilfst beim Thema Merch und bringst eigene Ideen in unsere Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten ein

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Ein laufendes Studium in HR, BWL, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Echtes Interesse an HR und an Employer Branding
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und visuelle Inhalte und Spaß daran, Geschichten zu erzählen
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Personaldaten
  • Eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und Offenheit, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn du erste praktische Erfahrung in HR, Recruiting oder Marketing gesammelt hast
  • schon mit einem HR-System wie Personio gearbeitet hast
  • Content für LinkedIn oder andere Social-Media-Kanäle erstellt hast
