Darba pienākumi:

  • Izskatīt un regulēt sarežģītas un nestandarta īpašuma apdrošināšanas atlīdzību lietas dažādos apdrošināšanas veidos
  • Veikt juridisko izvērtējumu atlīdzību lietās, interpretēt apdrošināšanas līgumu noteikumus un piemērojamos normatīvos aktus
  • Sagatavot lēmumus par apdrošināšanas atlīdzības izmaksu, atteikumu vai daļēju atteikumu
  • Izskatīt klientu, brokeru un citu iesaistīto pušu sūdzības, pretenzijas un strīdus
  • Sniegt juridisku un metodisku atbalstu atlīdzību speciālistiem sarežģītu lietu izskatīšanā
  • Pārstāvēt uzņēmuma intereses sadarbībā ar valsts iestādēm, tiesībaizsardzības iestādēm, ārējiem juristiem un citiem sadarbības partneriem
  • Piedalīties atlīdzību procesu, metodiku un apdrošināšanas produktu nosacījumu pilnveidošanā
  • Sagatavot juridiskus atzinumus, analīzes un rekomendācijas par atlīdzību lietām

Prasības kandidātam:

  • Augstākā juridiskā izglītība
  • Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze juridiskajā darbā vai apdrošināšanas atlīdzību regulēšanas jomā
  • Pieredzi civiltiesību, apdrošināšanas tiesību vai atlīdzību regulēšanas jautājumos uzskatīsim par priekšrocību
  • Spēja patstāvīgi analizēt sarežģītas situācijas un pieņemt argumentētus lēmumus
  • Augsta atbildības sajūta, precizitāte un analītiskā domāšana
  • Teicamas komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmes
  • Labas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas (darbam ar dokumentāciju angļu valodā)
  • Labas iemaņas darbā ar MS Office un informācijas analīzi
