ERM recherche un(e) Spécialiste Autorisations Environnementales motivé(e), disposant d’une expérience avérée dans l’obtention d’autorisations réglementaires pour des projets d’investissement en France, afin de rejoindre notre équipe basée à Paris ou Lyon avec un modèle de travail hybride (2 jours par semaine au bureau).

Principales responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à :

· Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) technique pour toutes les activités liées aux autorisations réglementaires françaises dans le cadre des projets d’investissement de nos clients (notamment sur des projets d’énergies renouvelables comme l’éolien en mer, et autres infrastructures). Piloter la planification stratégique ainsi que la préparation des dossiers d’autorisation.

· Fournir une assistance technique sur des projets de Due Diligence Environnementale et Sociale (ESDD), d’Études d’Impact Environnemental et Social (EIES) ainsi que sur des projets de suivi post-mise en œuvre.

· Réaliser des audits et évaluations sur site afin de soutenir les missions d’ESDD, d’EIES et d’autres études d’impact ou projets de suivi.

· Effectuer des travaux de terrain environnementaux et superviser les sous-traitants afin de garantir la conformité et la sécurité des travaux réalisés.

· Préparer les plans Santé & Sécurité (H&S), assurer les échanges avec les clients et contribuer à la rédaction des rapports liés aux activités de terrain.

· Participer au développement de programmes de systèmes de management environnemental et social conformément aux Principes de l’Équateur et à d’autres référentiels internationaux.

· Fournir un soutien général aux clients sur les thématiques EIE/EIES.

· Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets dans le respect des délais, des budgets et du périmètre définis, tout en garantissant la qualité des livrables.

· Contribuer au développement commercial des services autorisations et études d’impact d’ERM. Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités, préparer des propositions techniques convaincantes et jouer un rôle actif dans le développement de nouvelles activités auprès de clients existants ou nouveaux. Développer et renforcer les relations clients afin de générer des missions récurrentes.

Profil recherché

· 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des autorisations environnementales, du conseil ou de l’industrie.

· Formation supérieure dans une discipline liée à l’environnement.

· Expérience significative dans des fonctions similaires (cabinet de conseil, environnement réglementaire ou industriel).

· Excellente compréhension du processus d’autorisations, EIE et des exigences nationales applicables.

· Très bonne connaissance du contexte réglementaire français, avec une expérience des échanges avec les autorités compétentes telles que la DREAL ou la DDTM.

· Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.

· Une expérience dans l’obtention d’autorisations pour des projets d’énergies renouvelables serait un atout (notamment l’éolien en mer en France, les études d’impact et les procédures d’autorisation dans le cadre réglementaire français).

· Une expertise en ICPE et IOTA constituerait également un avantage, sans être indispensable.
