Hos Ersta diakoni LSS strävar vi efter att skapa ett självständigt och aktivt liv för våra hyresgäster. Idag har vi tio moderna boenden i Stockholmsområdet, Vallentuna och Uppsala.

På vår gruppbostad i Körlinge, Vallentuna bor sex personer med förvärvad hjärnskada. Här arbetar du i ett litet team och lär känna de personer du stöttar väl. Det ger dig möjlighet att följa utveckling över tid och anpassa stödet efter varje individs förmågor och mål.

Arbetet har ett tydligt rehabiliterande och pedagogiskt fokus. Tillsammans arbetar vi för att skapa struktur och trygghet i vardagen samtidigt som vi uppmuntrar till delaktighet, aktivitet och ökad självständighet.

Om rollen

Som stödpedagog på Körlinge kombinerar du det nära arbetet med våra hyresgäster med ett särskilt ansvar för det pedagogiska arbetet i verksamheten. Cirka 50% av arbetstiden arbetar du i verksamheten och 25% är avsatt för administrativa och pedagogiska uppgifter.

I vardagen ger du individuellt anpassat stöd och arbetar för att stärka varje hyresgästs självständighet och delaktighet. Du stöttar i vardagliga aktiviteter och fritidsaktiviteter och anpassar ditt arbetssätt efter personens behov och förutsättningar. Städning och matlagning ingår som naturliga delar av arbetet.

Som stödpedagog bidrar du också till att utveckla och hålla ihop det pedagogiska arbetet. Du arbetar bland annat med social dokumentation och genomförandeplaner och bidrar till att våra arbetssätt ger ett tydligt och individuellt anpassat stöd. Du samarbetar nära med kollegor, hyresgästernas nätverk och andra professioner. Hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter på delegation ingår också i arbetet.

Tjänsten är på cirka 75%. Arbetstiden är förlagd enligt schema och inkluderar sovande jour.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som vill använda din pedagogiska kompetens nära människan. Du är nyfiken på vad som fungerar för varje individ och har förmåga att omsätta kunskap och struktur till ett stöd som fungerar i vardagen.

Du är trygg, lyhörd och strukturerad och tycker om att samarbeta. Samtidigt kan du arbeta självständigt, ta ansvar och behålla lugnet även när situationer blir utmanande. Du bidrar gärna med din kunskap till kollegor och till att utveckla verksamhetens arbetssätt.

Din erfarenhet

Vi söker dig som har stödpedagogutbildning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.

Du har erfarenhet av arbete inom LSS eller annan verksamhet för personer med funktionsnedsättning. Du har också kunskap om social dokumentation och genomförandeplaner, goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift samt god digital kompetens. B-körkort och tillgång till bil är ett krav, eftersom kollektivtrafiken till Körlinge är begränsad.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av förvärvad hjärnskada eller rehabiliterande arbetssätt.
