Ersta hemtjänst är en del av Ersta diakoni och bedriver stöd och omsorg i vardagen för att våra kunder ska kunna fortsätta att bo hemma, i det ingår även gemensamma aktiviteter. Vi finns i Stockholm, Gävle och Sundsvall.

Om rollen

Du arbetar nära våra kunder i hemtjänsten, precis som vanligt. Samtidigt får du ett utökat ansvar i verksamheten.

Som ersättare till gruppchef stöttar du vid frånvaro och hjälper till med planering, schema och daglig samordning. Du får introduktion och möjlighet att gå bredvid gruppchef för att successivt lära dig rollen. Uppdraget sker främst vardagar och i varierande omfattning.

Du fungerar också som ersättare för ordinarie helgansvarig vid behov. Då har du en arbetsledande roll där du ansvarar för bemanning, planering och telefon. Du fördelar arbetet i gruppen och ser till att dagen fungerar, samtidigt som du själv arbetar i verksamheten.

Det här är en roll för dig som vill ta mer ansvar i vardagen och samtidigt få en större förståelse för hur verksamheten fungerar. Du får möjlighet att utvecklas inom planering och ledning – och på sikt kan rollen vara ett steg vidare mot en gruppchefstjänst.

Din erfarenhet

  • Är utbildad undersköterska
  • Har erfarenhet av hemtjänst
  • Kan cykla
  • Har grundläggande datavana

Det är meriterande om du haft en roll med administrativt ansvar tidigare.
