Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung und strategische Betreuung von Wohn- und GewerbeimmobilienEigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines Immobilienportfolios unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Aspekte
  • Gebäude- und Vertragsmanagement:Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA), Koordination und Überwachung des laufenden Gebäudebetriebs sowie von Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen, sowie Prüfung und Verwaltung relevanter Dienstleistungs- und Wartungsverträge
  • Begehung von GebäudenDurchführung und Dokumentation von Begehungen zur Kontrolle des technischen und baulichen Zustands der Objekte sowie zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Handlungsbedarfen.
  • Ansprechpartner für Investoren und technische DienstleisterKoordination und Abstimmung mit Investoren, Eigentümern und externen Dienstleistern zu technischen, operativen und projektbezogenen Themen

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten Fachbereich (z. B. Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft o. Ä.)
  • Zuverlässige, teamorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches sowie kunden- und serviceorientiertes Denken sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Property Management / in der WEG Verwaltung
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und Softwarelösungen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit MS Office
