  • Prüfung und Überweisung von Rechnungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Betriebskosten- und Hausgeld-Abrechnungen
  • Verbuchung von Rechnungen und Kautionen
  • Korrespondenz mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Dienstleistern
  • Laufende Kontenabstimmung und Klärung/Überwachung offener Posten
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnwesen und Forderungsmanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Betreuung der Eigentümer- und Bankkonten
  • Ganzheitliche Bearbeitung der Miet-/WEG-Buchhaltung von Bestandsobjekten
  • Erstellen von Heiz- und Wasserkostenabrechnungen

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrungen in der WEG- und Mietbuchhaltung
  • Zahlenaffinität und ein gutes Gefühl für Genauigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Eigentümern, Verwaltern und Dienstleistern
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität im Arbeitseinsatz, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, dynamische Denkweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für das Thema Digitalisierung
