Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenbindung & Ausbau: Du betreust bestehende Kunden, erkennst neue Bedarfe und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Serviceangeboten und Kundenlösungen.
  • Ganzheitliche Objektbetreuung im Facility Management und die damit verbundene Organisation von Services im technischen, infrastrukturellen und kaufmännischen Bereich.
  • Sicherstellung der Vertrags- und QMS-gerechten Abwicklung aller Property Management-Dienstleistungen, sowie die Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards bei der Wartung und Prüfung der Gebäudetechnik.
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung in allen administrativen und operativen Belangen sowie Sicherstellung von entsprechenden Teilprojekten/-aufgaben.
  • Sicherstellung des Projektmonitoring & -controllings sowie Durchführung von Kostenanalysen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen.
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten und weiteren Stakeholdern.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft, Facility Management oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Meister/ Techniker / Fachwirt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement – idealerweise im Facility Management oder einer verwandten Branche
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke Du bringst herausragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C2-Niveau), sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, die du durch eine präzise und ausdrucksstarke Kommunikation gekonnt bei den Teams und Kunden einsetzen kannst.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und strategisches Denken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Begeisterung für Kundenkontakt und den Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich CRM-Systeme, Angebotserstellung und Verhandlungsführung
