Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung des gesamten Angebotsprozesses von der Ausschreibungsanalyse bis zur fristgerechten Abgabe.
  • Erstellung passgenauer Angebote für technische und infrastrukturelle Facility-Management-Leistungen.
  • Koordination aller relevanten Informationen mit Fachbereichen, Nachunternehmern und internen Schnittstellen.
  • Ausarbeitung überzeugender Angebotsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Konzepte für Kunden und Ausschreibungen.
  • Ausarbeitung der Angebotskalkulation und Pflege der internen Preislisten
  • Sorgfältige Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Chancen, Risiken und Anforderungen.
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Vollständigkeit aller Unterlagen, Nachweise und Kalkulationsgrundlagen.
  • Professionelle Begleitung von Bietergesprächen zur Unterstützung einer starken Positionierung beim Kunden.
  • Zuverlässige Pflege von Projektdaten in CRM- und Kalkulationstools für maximale Transparenz im Prozess.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännisches oder technisches Know-how sowie ein gutes Verständnis für die Anforderungen im Facility Management.
  • Erfahrung in der Angebotsbearbeitung, Kalkulation oder Projektkoordination, idealerweise im FM-Umfeld.
  • Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit einem klaren Blick für Prioritäten und Fristen.
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und die Fähigkeit, aus Anforderungen tragfähige Lösungen abzuleiten.
  • Klare und verbindliche Kommunikation im Austausch mit internen Teams, Partnern und Kunden.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und Word für die Erstellung professioneller Unterlagen.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung verbunden mit Initiative, Verlässlichkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Details und der Anspruch, Angebote inhaltlich wie formal überzeugend zu gestalten.
