Deine Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Buchhaltungs-Erfahrung. Bei der Eberhardt Service Group erwartet Dich ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem kollegialen Arbeitsumfeld.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung(Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung)
  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Pflege und Verwaltung buchhaltungsrelevanter Stammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei kaufmännischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Von Vorteil: Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Bürokaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise im mittelständischen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, SAP BusinessOne, Lexware
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine verbindliche und professionelle Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Steuerberatern und Grundkenntnisse im Controlling oder Reporting von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute und aktuelle Kenntnisse in DATEV von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau C1)
