Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Büroorganisation und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden und ausgehenden Post sowie E-Mails und Telefonate.
  • Verwaltung und Bestellung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterialien.
  • Koordination von externen Dienstleistern, Handwerkern und Lieferanten.
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben – vom Reisemanagement bis zur Terminkoordination.
  • Du hältst unser Büro gepflegt, gut organisiert und funktional – ein Ort, an dem sich alle wohlfühlen und effizient arbeiten können.
  • Du unterstützt die vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • Mitarbeit bei kleineren Projekten und internen Prozessen, z. B. im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit oder Digitalisierung.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in Hotellerie / Gastronomie / Bürokauffrau / Restaurantfachfrau / Hotelkaufmann / Hotelfachmann und hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Office Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an dich selbst
  • Du denkst in Prozessen, planst vorausschauend und optimierst Abläufe, ohne dabei den Blick für Details zu verlieren. Du kannst einschätzen, was dringend ist, was wichtig ist, und was warten kann.
  • Du kannst mit Zahlen umgehen. Erfahrung in vorbereitende Buchhaltung von Vorteil.
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie eine sehr ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2 Niveau)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und gängiger Bürosoftware. Kenntnisse in KI von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Tools oder im nachhaltigen Büroalltag.
