Du bist organisiert, kommunikativ und willst im Vertrieb richtig durchstarten? Als Sales Coordinator hältst du unserem Vertriebsteam den Rücken frei, koordinierst Angebote und Ausschreibungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Pipeline sauber läuft.

  • Vertriebsunterstützung & Koordination: Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team im gesamten Vertriebsprozess – von der Angebots- und Ausschreibungsvorbereitung bis zur Nachverfolgung offener Punkte.
  • Angebots- & Kalkulationsvorbereitung: Du bereitest Angebote und Kalkulationen strukturiert vor und stellst sicher, dass alle Unterlagen vollständig und termingerecht vorliegen.
  • CRM- & Pipeline-Pflege: Du pflegst unsere Vertriebsdaten täglich und vollständig und sorgst für eine saubere, verlässliche Pipeline- und Forecast-Grundlage.
  • Markt- & Wettbewerbsrecherche: Du recherchierst Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsinformationen – unterstützt durch KI-Tools – und bereitest sie entscheidungsreif auf.
  • Schnittstelle & Kommunikation: Du koordinierst zwischen Vertrieb, Kalkulation und Fachabteilungen und begleitest Kundentermine sowie Verhandlungen aktiv mit.
  • Angebots- & Ausschreibungsmanagement: Du behältst Fristen und Vergabeunterlagen im Blick und unterstützt bei der termingerechten Einreichung.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium – idealerweise mit erstem Bezug zu Vertrieb, Immobilien oder Facility Management.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und in der Angebots- oder Auftragskoordination oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle von Vorteil
  • Sehr strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise – du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Vorgängen den Überblick.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365; Offenheit für CRM-Systeme und KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 Niveau) - gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Interesse an technischen bzw. Facility-Management-Themen.
