Területi Értékesítési Képviselő

📍 Kelet-Magyarország

Az ESAB Kft. csapatába olyan műszaki szemléletű értékesítési kollégát keresünk, aki felelős a kelet-magyarországi régió fejlesztéséért, valamint az ESAB hegesztéstechnikai termékeinek értékesítéséért közvetlen ügyfelek és disztribútorok számára.

Főbb feladataid lesznek:

  • Az ESAB termékportfóliójának (hegesztőanyagok, védőfelszerelések, hegesztőgépek) értékesítési lehetőségeinek feltérképezése.
  • A hegesztési ügyfélkör és a versenytársak helyzetének megértése a régióban.
  • Növekedési stratégia kidolgozása és végrehajtása a kiemelt közvetlen ügyfelek és a Standard/Premium kategóriájú disztribútorok számára.
  • Üzleti terv kialakítása és megvalósítása a Platinum és Gold besorolású disztribútorokkal.
  • Az ESAB termékportfóliójának értékesítése közvetlen ügyfelek és disztribútorok részére.
  • Erős üzleti kapcsolatok kialakítása a közvetlen ügyfelek és disztribútorok kulcsszereplőivel, beleértve a döntéshozókat is.
  • Az ESAB termékkínálatának naprakész ismerete, valamint annak versenyelőnyeinek megértése a versenytársakhoz képest.
  • Együttműködés a közvetlen munkatársakkal, termékmenedzserekkel , demóhegesztőkkel és más osztályok munkatársaival.
  • A kereskedelmi standard munkafolyamatok követése (pl. CRM)

Téged keresünk, ha:

  • Rendelkezel legalább középfokú műszaki vagy technikumi végzettséggel
  • Van legalább 1–2 év, hegesztési vagy fémipari területen szerzett releváns tapasztalatod
  • B kategóriás jogosítvánnyal rendelkezel, és vállalod a rendszeres utazást kelet-Magyarországon
  • Magyarul és legalább alapfokon angolul kommunikálsz
  • Erős értékesítési és tárgyalási készségekkel rendelkezel
  • Önállóan, felelősségteljesen és proaktívan dolgozol
  • Jó tervezési és végrehajtási képességed van
  • Magabiztosan használod az MS Excel-t és az Office-t

Előnyt jelent, ha rendelkezel:

  • Mérnöki, különösen hegesztéstechnikai szakirányú végzettséggel (például IWE vagy EWE minősítés)
  • CRM-rendszerek használatában szerzett tapasztalattal;
  • A magyar hegesztési piac és az ipari ügyfélkör alapos ismeretével;
  • Nemzetközi vagy globális vállalatnál szerzett korábbi tapasztalattal.
