¡Queremos que seas parte de nuestro crecimiento! Buscamos una persona analítica, dinámica y con muchas ideas para unirse a nuestro equipo como Cloud Project Manager Jr, donde tendrás la oportunidad de liderar la gestión de tareas o proyectos para la implementación de la nube de nuestros clientes.

¿Cuáles son los principales desafíos? 💪

  • Desarrollar planes técnicos de proyectos, propuestas, administrativo, informes y orden de tareas de AWS.
  • Desarrollar y administrar proyectos para rastrear la incorporación de nuevos usuarios de AWS y el progreso y estado de proyectos para los usuarios actuales.
  • Generar contacto directo con el cliente para entender y gestionar sus necesidades, y garantizar que reciban las herramientas y el soporte necesarios para lograr sus objetivos.
  • Realizar visitas presenciales a clientes para brindar asesoramiento, seguimiento y soporte técnico/comercial para llevar a cabo actividades y asegurar el éxito del proyecto.
  • Planificar y proporcionar recomendaciones al cliente sobre la carga de trabajo de la tarea.
  • Asistir y liderar reuniones con clientes y ser el enlace principal con AWS. Interactuar con diferentes stakeholders del cliente.
  • Coordinar el desarrollo de entregables y productos. Garantizar la excelencia en la calidad de entrega.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora de procesos en AWS, como incorporación de clientes, cambios, gestión de la configuración y soluciones de autoservicio de AWS.
  • Tener curiosidad e iniciativa sobre las necesidades del cliente y ser responsable de comunicar los comportamientos comunes de los clientes a los equipos de Sales & Marketing, Ingeniería, Delivery y Producto.
  • Aprendizaje constante en soluciones en la nube de AWS.

¿Cuáles son los conocimientos necesarios? 💡

  • Título de licenciatura/maestría en una disciplina técnica o comercial relacionada.
  • Certificaciones en Scrum, PMI o similares (deseado).
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos de al menos 1 año (deseado).
  • Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos en la nube de AWS (deseado).
  • Conocimiento avanzado en Suite Atlassian / Jira / Confluence.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, etc) pero con flexibilidad para adaptarte a un entorno metodológico híbrido, entre metodología tradicional y artefactos/herramientas ágiles.
  • Mindset analítico y muchas ganas de aportar nuevas ideas.
  • Nivel B2/C1 de inglés (deseado).
