Na Escrita, você terá a oportunidade de assumir uma carteira de clientes e atuar de forma completa nas principais rotinas de DP, desenvolvendo cada vez mais sua visão técnica e consultiva.

No seu dia a dia, você irá:

  • Realizar o processamento e fechamento da folha de pagamento;
  • Atuar com admissões, férias, rescisões, afastamentos e demais movimentações trabalhistas;
  • Realizar conferências de cálculos e encargos;
  • Atuar com eSocial, EFD-Reinf, FGTS Digital e DCTFWeb;
  • Analisar e aplicar convenções coletivas;
  • Acompanhar prazos e demandas da sua carteira;
  • Atender e orientar clientes nas rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.

Procuramos alguém que tenha:

  • Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em Departamento Pessoal;
  • Vivência com processamento e fechamento de folha;
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;
  • Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, RH, Direito ou áreas correlatas;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, boa comunicação e vontade de evoluir.

Experiência em escritório contábil é importante para a posição. Conhecimento em Questor, Acessórias, Excel intermediário e múltiplas convenções coletivas será um diferencial.
