Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal para atuar em escritório de contabilidade, sendo responsável pela execução e análise das rotinas trabalhistas, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação vigente, dos prazos legais e a excelência no atendimento aos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

Realizar processos de admissão, demissão, férias e fechamento da folha de pagamento;

Conferir ponto eletrônico, encargos sociais e variáveis da folha;

Enviar e acompanhar eventos do eSocial e realizar o fechamento da DCTFWeb;

Emitir RPA, seguro-desemprego e realizar transferências de colaboradores;

Atender clientes, prestando orientações sobre legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;

Atender demandas de órgãos públicos, como Receita Federal, Caixa Econômica Federal e Ministério do Trabalho;

Acompanhar convenções coletivas e aplicar reajustes salariais;

Realizar levantamentos de débitos previdenciários e FGTS;

Apoiar fiscalizações trabalhistas e previdenciárias;

Atuar com empresas enquadradas na desoneração da folha e realizar cálculos de FUNRURAL;

Apoiar e orientar a equipe nas rotinas do Departamento Pessoal, contribuindo para a qualidade das entregas e o cumprimento dos prazos.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Direito, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência na área de Departamento Pessoal, preferencialmente em escritório de contabilidade;

Conhecimento sólido da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;

Domínio das rotinas de folha de pagamento, encargos sociais e obrigações acessórias;

Experiência com eSocial e DCTFWeb;

Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa comunicação.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com o sistema Questor;

Vivência com empresas de diferentes portes e regimes tributários;

Conhecimento em desoneração da folha de pagamento e FUNRURAL.

Local de trabalho:

Pedro Leopoldo - MG, 08h às 18h, Segunda a Sexta.

Residir em Pedro Leopoldo - MG, ou cidades vizinhas.
