En 2024, Jérémy, Julia y Lucas lanzaron European Sales Group, una empresa especializada en la externalización comercial B2B.

En menos de un año y medio, hemos reunido a una treintena de talentos, abierto dos oficinas y conquistado varios mercados. Hoy buscamos un nuevo fichaje para escribir el próximo capítulo de esta historia con nosotros. ¿Y si fueras tú?

🎯 Tus misiones

Representar a las empresas de tus clientes, conseguirles reuniones cualificadas ¡y ayudarles a impulsar su crecimiento!

Concretamente, vas a:

  • Prospectar a los decisores (C-level, direcciones, top management), principalmente mediante cold calling
  • Generar leads cualificados creando el primer contacto con los prospectos
  • Adaptar tu pitch y tus enfoques según el feedback del terreno y las reuniones ya realizadas
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de SalesOps para optimizar tu cartera gracias a herramientas innovadoras
  • Gestionar de forma autónoma la relación con tus clientes finales: organizar reuniones semanales, compartir tus resultados, preparar los próximos encuentros y ajustar la estrategia
  • Seguir tu pipeline y tu rendimiento para mantener una visión clara de las oportunidades en curso
  • Contribuir a los éxitos colectivos y celebrar cada victoria con tu equipo y tus clientes

  • Tienes ganas de progresar y construir una carrera en ventas B2B
  • Eres dinámico/a, perseverante, orientado/a a resultados y te gusta el desafío
  • Quieres invertir tu energía en una aventura empresarial en pleno crecimiento
