En 2024, JĂ©rĂ©my, Julia & Lucas ont lancĂ© European Sales Group, une entreprise française basĂ©e Ă  Barcelone, spĂ©cialisĂ©e dans l’externalisation commerciale B2B. En moins d’un an et demi, on a rĂ©uni une 30taine de talents, ouvert deux bureaux et conquis plusieurs marchĂ©s.

Aujourd’hui, on cherche une nouvelle recrue pour Ă©crire la suite de l’histoire avec nous. Et si c’était toi ?

🎯 Tes missions

Représenter la société de tes clients, leur décrocher des rendez-vous qualifiés et les aider à booster leur croissance !

ConcrĂštement, tu vas :

  • Prospecter les dĂ©cideur·ses (C-level, directions, top management) principalement par cold calling
  • GĂ©nĂ©rer des leads qualifiĂ©s en crĂ©ant le premier contact avec les prospects
  • Adapter ton pitch et tes approches en fonction des retours du terrain
  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les Ă©quipes SalesOps pour optimiser ton approche grĂące Ă  des outils innovants
  • GĂ©rer en autonomie la relation avec tes clients finaux : organiser des weekly meetings, partager tes rĂ©sultats, prĂ©parer les prochains RDV et ajuster la stratĂ©gie
  • Suivre ton pipe et tes performances pour garder une vision claire des opportunitĂ©s en cours
  • Contribuer aux succĂšs collectifs et cĂ©lĂ©brer chaque victoire avec ton Ă©quipe et tes clients

  • Tu as envie de progresser et de construire une carriĂšre dans la vente B2B
  • Tu es dynamique, persĂ©vĂ©rant·e, orienté·e rĂ©sultat et aimes le goĂ»t du challenge
  • Tu veux t’investir dans une aventure entrepreneuriale en pleine croissance
  • Tu parles couramment français et tu as un bon niveau d’anglais
