Für unser Finance-Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Buchhalter mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Business Central steht bei dieser Position klar im Mittelpunkt. Du arbeitest nicht nur mit dem System, sondern gestaltest gemeinsam mit uns, wie wir Business Central für unsere Finanzprozesse einsetzen und weiterentwickeln.

Rolle & Wirkung

Als Buchhalter und Business Central Key User übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und unterstützt gleichzeitig den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Du kennst Business Central aus der täglichen Praxis, verstehst die Zusammenhänge zwischen System und Buchhaltung und kannst Anforderungen aus dem Finance-Bereich direkt in funktionierende Prozesse übersetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Arbeiten mit und Weiterentwickeln von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central im Finance-Bereich
  • Unterstützung bei Einführung, Konfiguration und Optimierung von Business Central
  • Übernahme der Rolle als Key User für Business Central
  • Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung: Debitoren, Kreditoren und Hauptbuch
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten, Kontenplänen und buchhalterischen Strukturen in Business Central
  • Testen neuer Prozesse und Funktionen sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Go-Lives
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierungen im Accounting

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Must-have
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ca. 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting-/Finance-Umfeld

Du solltest Business Central bereits intensiv im Arbeitsalltag eingesetzt haben. Besonders interessant ist Erfahrung als Key User oder bei einer Einführung bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Business Central.

Außerdem solltest du sicher auf Deutsch kommunizieren können und dich in einem digitalen, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsumfeld wohlfühlen.

Alles Weitere ist für uns zweitrangig. Uns ist wichtiger, dass du Business Central und Buchhaltung wirklich beherrschst, als dass du eine lange Liste formaler Anforderungen erfüllst.
