Rolle & Wirkung

Du sorgst dafür, dass bei PLAN-B NET ZERO alles läuft – sicher, stabil und zukunftsorientiert.

Als IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Cloud, Hardware und den Teams.

Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Systeme reibungslos funktionieren, Daten geschützt sind und neue Technologien sinnvoll integriert werden.

Deine Aufgaben

IT-Infrastruktur & Systeme

  • Verantwortung für Netzwerk, Server, Cloud-Dienste und lokale Anwendungen
  • Einrichtung, Wartung und Überwachung unserer Microsoft 365- und SharePoint-Umgebungen
  • Betreuung von MS SQL Servern, E-Mail- und Backup-Systemen
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung der gesamten IT-Landschaft

Hardware & Support

  • Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Hardware (Laptops, Zubehör, Router etc.)
  • Unterstützung beim Setup lokaler Anwendungen – via Fernwartung oder vor Ort
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kolleg:innen bei allen IT-Fragen

IT-Sicherheit & Stabilität

  • Sicherstellung von IT-Security und Datenschutz
  • Prüfung und Betreuung bestehender Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
  • Dokumentation und Optimierung sicherheitsrelevanter Prozesse

Cloud & Automation

  • Administration und Optimierung unserer AWS- und Supabase-Umgebungen
  • Integration und Automatisierung mit Tools wie n8n, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions etc.
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von KI-basierten Prozessen und Anwendungen

Schulung & Dokumentation

  • Erstellung klarer Anleitungen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Training der Teams zu Systemen, Prozessen und Security-Best Practices
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Kolleg:innen technisch auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben

Dein Profil

Muss:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS SQL Server, Cloud Services und Netzwerktechnik
  • Erfahrung im Monitoring, in Backup-Strategien und Systemadministration
  • Interesse an IT-Trends, Cloud-Technologien und KI-Themen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-have:

  • Zertifizierungen in Microsoft 365 oder AWS
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von IT-Support-Prozes
